Healthy Eating

I think we would have to eat foods that are high in protein, carbohydrates, calcium and fibre. Most food that are unhealthy but most people like to eat is french fries, burger, fried food, and oiled food. If you eat healthily, you won't feel tired when you run, or engage in activities. Well, I dont know the NAMES of the diseases, but I think eating too much unhealthy foods will make you a FATTY BOM BOM. If you eat fruits and vegetables everyday, you will feel very energetic and won't run out of energy. Well, I like to eat apples, oranges, grapes, dragonfruits and some spinach and carrots. I would encourage more people to eat healthily so that they won't turn fat. I could suggest going on a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY STRICT DIET.
